Account Deletion – Grappla

Users of the Grappla application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in the following ways:

• From the app: Go to Settings > Delete Account
• By email: Send a request to contact@grappla.io with your account details

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• Your profile information (username, email, etc.)
• Your personal data associated with the account
• Your activity and content within the app

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained temporarily or as required for:

• Legal obligations
• Fraud prevention and security purposes

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed immediately, and all associated data is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
