By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Grappla mobile application and/or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Grappla is a grappling/BJJ training companion designed to help you track and improve your performance. Features include:
To access certain features, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Grappla offers both free and paid ("Pro") versions. Pro features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions. Coaching sessions are paid individually via Stripe with a payment hold system — your card is only charged when the coach delivers.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

The Service is the property of Grappla or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service may use artificial intelligence to help generate transcriptions, summaries, or structured match data. AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You remain responsible for verifying and editing your data.
Coaching sessions are provided by independent coaches, not Grappla employees. Grappla facilitates the connection and payment but is not responsible for the advice given. Always train safely and consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grappla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
